BEHS 25th Reunion - August 12, 2011

Dear Classmates --  Plans are underway for the BEHS 25th Reunion!!  The reunion will be held at the Maddox Lodge in Perry.   This is the perfect opportunity to relax, reconnect with your classmates, and have a great time!  Please mark your calendars and plan to attend.

Location:   Maddox Lodge, 1950 S Hwy 89, Perry, Utah
Social Time/Arrival of Classmate: 6:30-7:00pm
Dinner: 7:00pm
Extend Social Time: 8-9:30pm


Cost
The cost is $32 per person/$64 per couple if your registration is received BY AUGUST 6th.   AFTER AUGUST 6th the cost is $37 per person/$69 per couple.   This includes a choice of entree (Turkey Steak, Prime Rib, or Shrimp Steak), Maddox rolls, steamed vegetables, baked potato, green salad, unlimited soft drinks, and dessert. Gratuity is included in price.   Entree's must be pre-ordered on the registration form (available on the right).

Deadline
Please send in registration form and payment to arrive no later than August 9th Save $5 and send in your registration by August 6th.  Final numbers have to be submitted to Maddox by Noon on August 10th.  Once final numbers are secured, there are no refunds.

Housekeeping
Walk-in's:  If your circumstances make it so you can’t attend the dinner, but you would like to drop in, you are welcome to, but drop in 8:00 or after.   Any contributions donated by late arrivals not eating a meal will benefit our “Reunion Fund of 86”.

What to Wear? Suggested dress is business casual, but it only matters that you come!

Facilities:  Maddox is a smoke-free facility.  Be also aware that no alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises.   This is stated in the agreement with Maddox.  Please be considerate of this request.

Wendover Trip and Little America Brunch
Special thanks to Matt Oppriecht and Pamala Thomas Balk for coordinating this extra curricular event!

A chartered private LeBus bus has been reserved for a trip to Wendover. We will be departing from the Red Lion Hotel (161 W 600 S) in Salt Lake at 5:00pm on Aug 13, 2011 and returning from the Montego Resort in Wendover at 2:00am Aug 14, 2011.

Charter:
The bus will be exclusively for BEHS classmates and their guests and will include all soft drinks and mixers (if you want something stronger, it's BYOB), a certificate for the dinner buffett in Wendover and a voucher for gaming chips. Since this is our own private charter, you will be able to leave items on the bus while in Wendover. The cost for the charter is $18.00 per person if you RSVP by July 14, 2011.  If you don't RSVP, and want to show up on the day of departure, the cost is $22.00 per person. (All payments will be collected the day of departure).

Lodging:

Rooms at the Red Lion Hotel have been reserved under Box Elder High School Reunion. The rate is $79.00 per room for both single and double occupancy. We will have the "Run of House", so all you need to do is call the Red Lion Reservations at 801-521-7373 and tell them that you are booking under the Box Elder High School Reunion block.

Brunch:
We will have brunch at the Little America Hotel on Sunday Aug 14 and will meet there at 11:00am. The brunch will run until 2:00pm, and is $17.95 per person.

All you need to do is RSVP to this event and indicate if you are going to be participating in the Charter and the Brunch, or if you are only interested in one or the other, and if you will be single or bringing a guest. Pamala Thomas Balk and Matt Oppriecht will take care of the rest of the details and reservations.
